Mkhululu Siqula, famously known as Heavy K or The Drumboss has grown with this ever changing music industry. Heavy K celebrates 10 years in the industry – a milestone that celebrates him as a multi-award-winning South African DJ, Producer, and Songwriter. Heavy K can be recognised for his legendary hits such as Wena, Sweetie, Inde, and Umoya.
Heavy K celebrated his 10 years on a high note by becoming a platinum selling music artist with the single ‘Uyeke’. He went on to Twitter to thank everyone for buying, streaming, and playing the hit song. Heavy K further highlighted how humbled he was by the public’s continued support and for keeping him as a platinum selling artist even after 10 years.
To further celebrate the milestone, Heavy K and his team are venturing on a tour starting on the 5th of June at Altitude Beach in Fourways. The Drumboss will be sharing the stage with numerous hit makers such as; DJ Maphorisa, Black Motion, DJ Shimza, Big Zulu, DJ PH, Miano, Aymos, SAO Mattrix, Just Bheki, DJ Nel, and Kaygee the Vibe.
